“FACES” is an employee recognition program that awarded 32 University of Vermont Medical Center employees.
Using a documentary approach, I shadowed the FACES awardees while they conducted their work on the various medical campuses. Working with my client and design team, we selected one image per awardee. Each of the 32 selected images was printed at 4 x 4 feet and accompanied by a quote from the awardee. These prints are currently displayed throughout the many UVMMC campuses.
